Holmes Records Contacts

This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record.

Local Release Record Contacts

A local Holmes booking and its release entry belong first with the Sheriff or facility. Both use the Highway 12 complex, but their published phone lines differ. The county does not publish records-office hours, a request email, a local fee schedule, or a release-feed retention rule. Call first to confirm the current custodian and accepted request method.

Holmes Court Record Contacts

Court papers explain the legal basis for release. They do not always record the actual exit time, so pair them with the facility entry.

A state offender’s time sheet, jail credit, sentence computation, and effective discharge record belong with MDOC. Formal public-record requests must be made in writing, not by telephone.

Choose the Right Route

The record needed determines where to start. The official office, not this site, supplies or verifies the result.

  • For a named released person or the release-record request steps, start with the home page.
  • For MDOC parole or probation routing, use Post-Release Supervision.
  • For recent local releases, use the official fallback described on the 24-hour release page.
  • For a tentative state release date or a release alert, use the MDOC and VINE routes.
  • For a federal record, use BOP; for a documented immigration handoff, use ICE ODLS.
